POLICIES FOR RESERVATIONS

Reservations will be accepted from January 15.  From January 15 until June 15 reservations will ONLY be accepted by email.

Midsummer (20/6-23/6): Both camping pitches and cabins have a two-night minimum and prepayment is required.  Reservation will only be vaild when payment has been received,

Hästveda Market (11/7-11/7): Prepayment is required for all cabin reservations.

Group Reservations for camping: Three or more pitches will be considered a group reservation and prepayment will be required.

Group Reservations for cabins: Two or more cabins will be considered a group reservation and prepayment will be required.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund of prepayment if cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance of arrival.

                                 If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance of arrival, no refund will be made.

When prepayment is required, payment instructions will be sent via email.  The reservation will be valid when payment is received.

Reservations are valid until 6PM on the day of arrival.  After 6PM the reservation may be cancelled and sold to another guest,  If late arrival is anticipated please contact the reception desk.

The caravan can only be booked on a weekly basis Sun-Sun. On occasion the caravan may be booked for a weekend (Fri-Sun) if it has not been booked for the week. This booking can be made from Tuesday of the same week.

Pitches 1,2,3,6,8,17,18,19,29-33,35-39,44,48 and 49 are season campers and can not be reserved.
